Description:

PET (polyethylene terephthalate) is the dominant material used in plastic drinking bottle production and can be recycled into a variety of useful materials; which now includes a backpack and a reusable shopping bag. The backpack is ChicoBag's DayPack rePETe - an advanced, lightweight backpack made of durable, recycled PET ripstop and is designed for the adventurer in us all. This industry leading backpack is made of 89% recycled content and lists the recycled materials used in production on the backside of the pouch. Further, it features adjustable straps, flexible Lycra bottle pockets, a secure closure system, and an integrated zip pouch that turns into a hidden pocket when the pack is unstuffed. The expanded backpack is 17.5" x 20" and is 6" x 7.5" as a pouch. The shopping bag is the ChicoBag Original rePETe - made of 99% recycled content with 73% of the total weight from post consumer recycled materials. The expanded shopping bag is 18" x 14.5" and is 3"x4" as a pouch.
